Vietnam Seminar

The Vietnam Seminar, "The Media and the War" seemed to be a tremendous success with a large crowd and stimulating discussion. The morning session involved a discussion concerning helicopter warfare, centered on the battle at LZ X-Ray. Joe Galloway led the discussion with panelists, Bruce Crandall, Bob Kilpatrick and Chuck Oualline.
In the afternoon panelists, Galloway, Prof. Doug Pike, Charles Spence, and Steve Stibbens had very interesting comments on the media and the war from their own perspectives. Joe Galloway enthralled the crowd and later sold over 50 autographed volumes of his best seller, "Were Were Soldiers Once...and Young.
In the evening, a dinner was held by the Confederate Air Force in honor of the panelists . Joe Galloway regaled the crowd with well chosen remarks.
