CNN reports that President Bush has decided to bring home at least 10,000 troops from overseas non-combat stations, mainly in Europe and most particularly Germany. This would mean that an estimated 100,000 American troops, families and support personnel would be coming back to US bases. With German unemployment hovering at around 10% this will undoubtedly create further severe economic hardships on the Reich. Tough Noogies!
