It's always nice to know a Knight Commander of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire. Now I do. Gen. Tommy Franks will be presented with the award tonight,though due to his lack of British citizenship he will not be entitled to be called Sir Tommy. I know this will matter not a whit to Tommy as he belongs to a higher order....he's a Texan. I hope this means he'll be bringing all his Knighthood pals to West Texas to participate in his favorite pasttime, quail hunting. I'd love to see Prince Chuck again after all these years.
