Three O'Clock Report: in one word.........RAIN. Yes we had a modicum of rain. With gin-u-wine- thunder and lightning. This was much appreciated and came in a timely manner as I had just dosed my lawn with it's second measure of fertilizer. Sometimes things do happen correctly.
