The evening with Bond.....James Bond, or the first real fake James Bond, that being 'not' Sean Connery. This one was Roger Moore, OK for a snazzy put on guy, but.....not Sean Connery. Live and Let Die, based losely on Smokey and the Bandit...or that's how it seems to me. Made in the mid-ish 70's when CB's and car chases were "in". Not a bad, movie, just not good. Made acceptable by Jane Seymour when she was still a hot babe...really hot! Not like now, too skinny and enhanced with polymers and other petroleum based products. A mostly black cast, they musta' been on a tight budget. Black actors work cheap, least they did in the 70's. Including Jeffrey Holder the big black actor who did the "aaaha ha" Uncola ads, who reminds me of my Airborne drill sergeant who used to slap me so hard on the butt, I still see his hand print on occasion. I'm not dead yet from egg poisoning, I think that if I don't die over night I'll be alive tomorrow. I hope I find the meaning of life then. I'm giving it four [4] more days. Perhaps I'll visit the Ice Pick family they may know.
